Awareness events held at Kulob Botanic Garden

An awareness event held in KBG on April 16, 2021. In this awareness event, representatives from Government of Kulob town along with representatives of the France Embassy and other interested people attended KBG. Director of KBG briefly informed participants about establishment of KBG, its goals and objectives as well as talked about collaboration with RBGE and ongoing project on Sustainable Plant Use in Tajikistan. The organized photo exhibition, informative materials and herbaria collection visibly demonstrated the results of the project activities. Also information materials on threatened wild plant species were spread among guests and awareness event participants. The responsible person from Media department of the Kulob Government and Kulob TV crew made records of this event and it was transmitted in the News Program of the Kulob TV Channel on April 17, 2021.
